about MINDY'S BOUTIQUE
Your go-to for everyday affordable style and unique handmade jewelry and sugar scrubs. All products are made and/or curated with one primary purpose in mind: to promote self-love. Whether gifting to a friend, parent, coworker, neighbor, or yourself, truly, anyone is worthy.
Founded in 2022 Mindy started her business creating handmade jewelry and eco-friendly bath and body products that are 100% natural, pure, and non-toxic. In 2024 she grew her business into a boutique and added on handpicked stylish and unique clothing and accessories. Her line is curated of quality pieces that are fun, affordable, and easy to wear.
Whether you are shopping online or in the Raleigh Painted Tree (Booth H31) vendor market where Mindy has a permanent pop-up shop, her goal is to be your go-to brand for compliment-worthy clothing that allows you to confidently celebrate life’s meaningful moments.
When you support this small business, you help to empower women and spread a little love. 10% of all shop profits are donated to the Polaris Project, an amazing organization that helps victims and survivors of human trafficking on their journeys to freedom, and to help end trafficking for good. When Mindy founded her small business, she committed to running it with a social conscious and as environmentally friendly as she could.

Hello, I’m Mindy!

I am the creator and owner of Mindy’s Boutique. I live in North Carolina with my husband, our four children and two spunky pups. Mindy’s Boutique was inspired by my life journey thus far, bringing together my love of creating, passion for fashion, and supporting a larger cause to make a difference in the world.

With a degree in Public Administration, I spent years working in various nonprofit organizations in the women’s health and foster care industries. I have always been drawn to human services and organizations that support those who face significant challenges. When I transitioned from the workforce to domestic CEO (a.k.a. family cruise ship director, short order cook, kids uber driver, and most importantly, finder of lost things), I found myself searching for opportunities to tap into my own creativity while maintaining my many hats.

Growing up, my mom was always crafting something.  Whether it was creating something with her 100-year-old sewing machine, pouring homemade chocolate molds for the holidays, or hand-stitching our Halloween costumes, she always had her creative projects.  She inspired me to think outside of the box and gave me confidence to take chances.

A huge inspiration of mine was a small boutique owner I met in NC.  The premise of her shop is that every product has a bigger purpose. She only sells items that give back in some way, like candles to help feed children, or leather bags that are hand-woven by Ethiopian human trafficking survivors who rely on this trade to provide sustainable jobs.  It makes me feel good to support this small business because I know my buying power has a meaningful impact.

I want to continue the movement of leveraging buying power for good. I want others to feel good supporting my small business knowing they too are making an impact. Strength in numbers! Together we can make a difference.

Sincerely,
Mindy
