Please note the delivery times indicated above do not include the 2 business days for processing. 

Standard Orders: Once placed, orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. It is our goal to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays during sale promotions and holidays.

Overnight & Expedited Orders: Orders must be placed by 9am CST to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 9am CST will ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. This service is not available to PO Boxes.

Any standard, expedited, or overnight shipping costs will be non-refundable.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update our system.  We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Please note if you enter an incorrect address or is deemed as undeliverable, the package will be returned to us and could take up to 2 months for it to be returned. Should the customer wish to have their package resent, they will be responsible for the cost of resending their package as well as the cost of the return to sender fee.

Carrier Delays

Please note Mindy's Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays. 

Can I change my order?

 As soon as your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot make any changes to your order once it is fulfilled.

Do you need to change your shipping address?

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at mindy@mindys-boutique.com as soon as possible. We can change the address if the package hasn’t been fulfilled and left our facility. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to reroute your package.

When can I expect my order to ship?

Once placed, standard orders are processed within 2 business days. Please be advised that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale promotions, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 

Expedited and overnight orders must be placed by 9AM CST to ship the same business day. Expedited and overnight orders placed after 9AM CST will ship the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

 Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order. We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy.

Where is my package?

After your order has been successfully packaged and is ready for shipment, you will receive an email notification to view your tracking information. 

If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow the carrier an additional 72 hours to complete delivery. If you still have not received your package and you opted in to our Route service, file a claim with Route and they will assist with next steps.
