Refund, Exchanges, Returns

Need to return something? No problem – sometimes things just don’t work out. We want your experience with Mindy’s Boutique to be easy and fun. Please review below return policy details to help us process your request as soon as possible.

Look over your order and try on your new clothes, earrings, etc as soon as you receive them. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect or completely missing from the package, contact us by email at mindy@mindys-boutique.com within three (3) business days so we can resolve it. 

REFUND/RETURNS:
  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days after the date of receipt for a complete refund, excluding shipping fees (original as well as return shipping fees are paid by customer)  
  • Any return postmarked after the 45-day timeframe will be shipped back without a refund.
  • New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with the hangtag attached.
  • All Sale items are Final and cannot be returned.
  • Include the full original invoice from your order with the return information.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please make sure to include your first and last name from your order inside of your package.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a full refund back to your original form of payment within 2-4 business days (not including original shipping fees) 

EXCHANGES

We have a limited number of styles featured on the site and cannot guarantee an exchange. We will do our best, but most of the time, we will have to issue you a refund or gift card.   

  • We offer exchanges free of charge within 30 days of purchase.  
  • If you would like to exchange reach out via email mindy@mindys-boutique.com and inquire about different size options.
  • If an exchange is not possible you will have to go through the refund process above.  
  • If you live locally in Raleigh, NC we can coordinate exchanges to be pick-up and dropped-off at the Painted Tree, Raleigh, NC (7444 Creedmoor Rd., Raleigh, NC 27613.
  • If you live outside the local pick-up/drop-off location then shipping fees will have to be handled by the customer.  

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Need to cancel or make changes to your order? We can all hit that Buy Now button too soon sometimes. Please contact us immediately! Email us or reach out through social media. We try to get orders processed and shipped out quickly (usually in 1-2 days). Any order already processed and shipped will have to go through the Refund/Return Process.
